Salla Seppä is the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Nordic Business Forum (NBF), an annual, international large-scale business and leadership seminar organized in Helsinki. NBF is known and awarded for its outstanding customer experience. Salla Seppä is responsible for leading, developing, executing and measuring NBF's customer experience together with her team. Before joining NBF, Salla worked for 15 years at Nokia and Microsoft in various roles in corporate responsibility, brand, marketing and events. She's currently serving in the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Society of Finland (Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistys, Hypo) and the Helsinki Events Foundation (Helsingin tapahtumasäätiö). She has also co-authored a book on customer experience (Menestys syntyy asiakaskokemuksesta - B2B johtajan opas, Alma Talent, 2021), co-hosted a related podcast series and is a sought-after speaker on CX and leadership related topics.

Karoliina Korpela is a project manager that guides event and tourism businesses to take a carbon-wise path. Currently Karoliina is working with Kokemo project. The objective of the project is to make the capital region the most attractive and sustainable destination in Europe for scientific organisation congresses and corporate events. Through this, it aims to increase the region's visibility, foster networking among experts from diverse fields, and promote innovations and investments.
